For iPhone/Mac/Apple users, Apple offers the option to add a “Legacy Contact” to your account and give them access to certain information. Although this system is new and has some kinks to work out, it can provide a lot of benefits.

Google offers “Inactive Account Manager” for some types of accounts - do a search within your Google Account Settings to see if you have the option.

To find out if your accounts offer something similar, search online for “[Account name] legacy contact” or “[Account name] what if I die.” For example, “Instagram legacy contact” or “TikTok what if I die.”
